The floor drain next to my water heater in my apartment continuously overflowed causing me stress and extra household duties which I am not fond of.. however, what I am incredibly fond of was the eagerness and willingness for Charlie to come out after 9:00pm on a Tuesday night, and proceed to put some old fashioned elbow grease towards a solution.
Charlie came by for a clogged main line job that turned out to be much more work than expected. He pulled out a massive root blockage and replaced a very old toilet that didn’t survive the removal process to access the drain. Charlie was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed step by step through the whole process.
Charlie was really great to work with. Our disposal after 30 years finally went out. My dad recommended him and we were not disappointed in the least. Charlie was very quick to respond and knew what he was doing. We hope to not have any plumbing issues in the future but if we do, we will absolutely be reaching out to Charlie again.
