Most plumbing emergencies give a warning first. A plumbing diagnosis is a look inside your drain and sewer lines, using a camera, to see what is happening before it turns into a backup. We check for:
It is a good fit for homeowners who want fewer surprises, property managers and landlords, and anyone buying a home or commercial building.
Sewer backups and drain failures can ruin flooring, drywall and belongings. Finding a problem early is almost always cheaper than dealing with it after it fails, and it lets you plan the repair instead of reacting to it. Moisture and sewage in a home can also lead to mold and unhealthy air, so catching a leak or a slow backup early protects your property and your family.

1. Talk it through. Tell us which drains are slow, how long it has been going on and whether you have had backups before.
2. Camera first. We put the camera down the line and show you what we see: roots, buildup, cracks, offset joints or low spots. Camera first is how we work, because it tells us what the line actually needs.
3. Clean what needs cleaning. If the line is dirty, we clean it with the right nozzle for the job. The Warthog is our nozzle for cleaning, and the Reaper is for roots. We use a mini jetter for tight lines and a big jetter for longer runs.
4. Straight answers. We explain what we found in plain language and tell you what is urgent, what can wait and what does not need to be done at all.
Older homes. Older pipes are more likely to have scale, buildup, shifted joints and roots.
Homes with large trees. Roots can slowly work into a sewer line and cause a major blockage.
Property managers and landlords. Fewer surprise calls and fewer unhappy tenants.
Home and building buyers. A camera inspection shows the condition of the sewer line before you buy.
How often should I have a diagnosis done? Most homes do well every one to two years. Older homes and homes with recurring problems may need it more often.
Is a diagnosis the same as a repair? No. A diagnosis finds the problem. If something needs repair, we will tell you and explain the options.
What if you find something serious? We explain your options clearly and honestly. If it is not urgent, we will say so.
