Two plumbers spent a couple of days on my clogged kitchen sink and couldn't clear it. Their only solution was a $7,000 new line. Charlie cleared it in a couple of hours. Where to begin with this 5 star review?!! Charlie came out after hours for an emergency plumbing repair. He was able to install the needed equipment and resolve our sticky sewer situation for a very reasonable price. These guys are the real deal and helped me out, even on a holiday weekend. My sewer was backing up and Charlie made sure it was clear  and flowing again. It was a crazy, multi-day job and they made it look fairly easy. They are professional and are really competitive in pricing and very affordable considering what others would’ve charged. If you have plumbing issues and are looking for someone to be efficient and helpful, Charlie is your guy! My wife and I were having some plumbing issues at our house and had been dealing with a faulty/ heavily leaking toilet for a week and just happened to cross paths with Charlie in the midst of everything going on. We explained the problems and the situation and he immediately coordinated a time that he could come out and take a look at it. Not only did he fix the issues we had with our plumbing but he also helped us figure out a new toilet as well as fans for drying the water from the leaky toilet! I cannot recommend Charlie enough. As a 25-year-old homeowner living paycheck to paycheck, I was completely stressed when my downstairs toilet started flooding and I had no idea what to do. I called several plumbing companies and kept getting outrageous quotes, plus added “travel fees” and diagnostic charges (I live in Orem). It was overwhelming. Charlie drove from Midvale and didn’t charge me a travel fee or a diagnostic fee. He showed up quickly, handled the issue professionally, and even cleaned up the entire mess. Because of the water pressure, my toilet actually broke. I was planning to wait until my next paycheck to replace it, but Charlie went above and beyond — he found me a toilet for free and came back to install it. On top of that, he brought two large shop fans and left them running for a few days to help dry out my floors. He truly went the extra mile in every way. In total, he only charged me $200 for everything. In a time when it feels hard to find honest, kind people who won’t rip you off, Charlie was a blessing. Charlie did an amazing job! We had an emergency plumbing issue and a neighbor referred us to him. He was very professional, honest and came out within a few hours. We had a problem a few days later and he came right back out and fixed it. We will definitely be referring him to others and using his services again if needed.
